Meet The Team

Dominic Cullen, PE - Team Leader
With over 22 years of engineering/construction experience, both in the US and Europe, Dominic Cullen has developed a broad and deep expertise in the field of structural engineering. Dominic has provided structural engineering services for several award winning projects, including RDIC (Rapidly Deployable Inflatable Containers), The NMAI* and AMFA*. Dominic is a seminar presenter of the AIA NY Chapter ARE structural review courses.
Jason Robertson
Jason, originally from the Greater Salt Lake City area, joined the firm in December 2011. He has worked as a structural engineer in New York City since 2006, previously with WSP Cantor Seinuk, the Louis Berger Group and Thornton Tomasetti.

Projects of note include design engineer on the World Trade Center Towers 1,2 and 3, and Moynihan Station redevelopment in NY, NY, Citifield Ballpark in Queens NY. Statue of Liberty Crown Upgrade and Reopening and served as a Forensic Engineer on the Safeco and Miller Park roof investigations as well as the Tropicana Garage Collapse in Atlantic City, NJ.

Jason is an alumni of Stevens Institute of Technology, having graduated with a Masters of Science in Civil Engineering in 2011 after completing a dual Bachelor of Science in Architectural and Civil Engineering at Drexel University in 2005.
Jason Edwards
Jason, originally from Jacksonville Florida, joined the firm in June 2011. He is a graduate of Columbia University and Jacksonville University with Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil Engineering and Physics respectively. He is currently completing his Masters degree in Structural Engineering at NYU Brooklyn Polytechnic. Jason utilizes SketchUP and Rhino models as a method of communicating the structural framing to the clients.
Julius Sibal, Technical Coordinator
Julius joined the firm in October 2011.Julius has extensive experience in Autocad, Revit, Microstation, InRoads and SketchUP 3D modelling. Julius is responsible for drafting technical standards for all our projects.
